Our next unit will be a single Family House built to meet (or exceed) the Building Code requirements for a Single Family Home. We are currently reviewing sites for lots that will meet our requirements. If you have or know of a lot that might be used in the City of Fort Worth, please contact us. Because of our unique construction methods we could also take advantage of the “Use” of a lot for a limited time, after which it use could be returned to the owner.

After lot selection, our Architects will prepare the Building Permit Package for the City of Fort Worth.
